🔁 Return Eligibility
- You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened items must be in like-new condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in resellable condition cannot be returned.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@homedge.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item using the instructions provided.
Note: Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- You are responsible for return shipping.
💸 Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

- Downloadable or software-based products
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
