We want you to love what you buy from us. If you're not satisfied and want to return your item(s), we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 
  • Opened items must be in like-new condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in resellable condition cannot be returned.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@homedge.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item using the instructions provided.

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • You are responsible for return shipping.

💸 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or software-based products
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)

Need a different color, style, or item? Simply return the original and place a new order.
