  • We strive for accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct them and may cancel orders for pricing inaccuracies. 
  • All prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. 

4. Ordering & Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion. 
  • Order acceptance occurs once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

5. Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. 
  • Payment must be received before order fulfillment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders normally dispatch within 1–5 business days. Delivery time varies by location and carrier and may take up to 21 business days to be delivered.
  • We are not liable for carrier delays due to natural events or unforeseen circumstances. 

7. Backorders

If an item is on backorder, you'll receive an email. You may wait or cancel for a full refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened items for a full refund. 
  • Opened or damaged items incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

9. Warranty & Liability

  • Products are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. We do not offer additional warranties.
  • We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from or caused by any of the products sold on our website, except where prohibited by law.

All website content (text, graphics, logos) is our property or licensed. You may not copy, republish, or use it without permission.
